It's been a while since I've blogged but it wasn't because I was slacking. I've been quite busy creating new recipes to add to my portfolio so people who are interested in my cooking classes know this lady has got a lot more up her sleeves than just dumplings. In fact, I've realised now that pork is definitely my 'go-to' meat when it comes to cooking quick, homey dishes. It's not a wonder that pork is ubiquitous at every Chinese meal.
