You will learn the importance of fresh ingredients, use of various methods of cooking, from double-boiling to steaming and the cultural significance of each dish.

Growing up in a local Chinese family, Edith learned how to cook authentic Chinese dishes that have been passed on for generations. She will now share with you all her wealth of knowledge and passion for something she holds very dear.
