Coconut and Crab do Mix!

So remember the CRABBY CRAB blog? I finally got around to making the Penang style soup noodles although you'd probably NOT find a single ingredient that is the same in any authentic Penang noodle recipe in any cookbook. Coming up with my own version is always so much fun! Besides, how else am I going to use up all the ingredients I have at home if I need to pick up more just because I am following someone else's recipe! Anyway, suffice to say that it all went well and it all went down well too! Happy slurping, Everyone!
